If you are feeling anxious, worn down, stuck, or unsure which direction to take, you do not have to work through it alone. Depression, anxiety, and exhaustion are understandable responses to a demanding world. Therapy can be a place to slow down, examine your values, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that with the right support, all people can grow. I work with adults and adolescents navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and work- or school-related stress. Together, we will explore questions of purpose, identity, and relationships while building practical skills through evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
As a doctoral psychology intern, I also bring experience administering neuropsychological evaluations and using results to inform treatment recommendations -- ensuring care reflects each client's unique strengths and the way their mind works. Looking forward to connecting and supporting you on your journey.
