Seeking help for mental health can be difficult, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where patients feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to make accessing mental health care less intimidating by helping patients feel comfortable asking questions, learning about their symptoms, and actively participating in their care.
I am a licensed and nationally board-certified Physician Assistant. I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical medicine, patient care, and evidence-based practice. During my training, I had the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations across multiple healthcare settings, gaining valuable experience in both medical and behavioral health care.
My clinical rotations included experiences in psychiatry, internal medicine, family medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, emergency medicine, neurology, pain medicine, and other specialties. These experiences helped me develop a well-rounded understanding of the connection between physical and mental health and reinforced the importance of treating each patient as a whole person rather than focusing on symptoms alone.
My clinical approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I believe effective mental health treatment requires understanding each patient’s unique experiences, challenges, and strengths. I strive to provide patient-centered care using evidence-based treatment approaches, which may include medication management, psychoeducation, and lifestyle support. My goal is to empower patients with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve greater stability, resilience, and personal growth.
