My training is in trauma-informed, culturally responsive art and talk therapy. I work on cultivating a nurturing therapeutic relationship while fostering a space of safety and healing. I work collaboratively with you to discover an approach that honors and supports you. Grounded in a compassionate feminist framework, my work is client-centered, drawing upon mindfulness, multicultural, social justice, and transpersonal perspectives. Through art therapy, we can utilize creative expression to explore emotions and themes that may be difficult to reach through words alone. In my own life, I find expression through watercolor, weaving and songwriting - though I believe creativity takes countless shapes and forms.
I am especially dedicated to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment concerns, complex trauma, life or career transitions, relationship challenges, creative blocks or loss of meaning and direction.
