Supporting you as you build resilience, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful change is the foundation of my work. I admire the courage it takes to seek support, and I consider it a genuine honor to be part of your therapeutic journey. My goal is for therapy to feel like a collaborative partnership—one where you can explore, grow, and move toward the life you want with confidence and compassion.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, family conflict, relationship challenges, and adjustment concerns. While my background includes extensive work with families and family systems, I am passionate about helping each person better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. With adults, I combine insight-oriented exploration with practical strategies to address anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. With children and adolescents, I use play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate interventions to foster growth in ways that feel natural and engaging.
Every person comes to therapy with a unique story, so I tailor my approach to your individual needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, play therapy techniques, and family systems theory. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals while exploring how your experiences, relationships, and strengths shape the challenges you're facing today.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and have experience in legal and therapeutic settings, including individual therapy across the lifespan, family systems work, reunification therapy, co-parenting counseling, and supervised visitation. Outside the therapy office, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, serving on the Professional Advisory Board for Willow House, working through crossword puzzles, exploring Chicago's neighborhoods, and keeping my cat Winnie company.
