Life challenges and the chronic stress of everyday demands can feel heavy, but you don’t have to carry them alone. I offer a grounded, warm, and compassionate space where you can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with what helps you feel well. I work with clients navigating stress and burnout, anxiety and mood concerns, health-related challenges, and questions of identity, relationships, and meaning.
My approach is shaped by a Master’s degree in Counseling from Indiana University and a Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, along with years of experience as a registered nurse, nursing educator, wellness coach, and certified yoga instructor. This background helps me appreciate the full picture—how physical health, life circumstances, and emotional well-being are deeply connected.
My approach to therapy is strength-based, flexible, and collaborative. Together, we focus on practical skill-building, emotional regulation, and self-compassion, so you feel healthier and more empowered to manage your life and its demands.
