Having peace of mind and mental stability is a vital aspect of our overall health and I aspire to achieve this in each one of my patients. I have a true passion for mental health and a genuine interest in ensuring the comfort and well-being of those under my care. I want to use both my professional and personal background to help break down the stigma that unfortunately still surrounds mental health and help my patients carry out a healthy and fulfilling life.
When patients come in to see me, I strive to demonstrate empathy and compassion for their individual journeys as I deliver personalized care through talk therapy and medication. With each visit, I will incorporate patients’ medical and mental health history along with their personal goals to help us tailor a treatment plan as a team. I aim to foster an environment of mutual respect and trust as we work together to achieve mental wellness.
I am a state-licensed and nationally certified physician assistant. I received my Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Chicago, majoring in Psychology. I then completed my Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. I have experience and medical training in several specialties including psychiatry, and family medicine.
