My interests echo disparities in human connection and the interlocking evolutions of the personal. I hold a Master of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
My therapeutic focus is a person-centered approach with sprinklings of an existential framework—instinctively utilizing art materials to explore limitations, the present moment, closeness, contradiction, grief, intimacy, comfort, and humor (to name a few) to enhance authenticity, identity formation, and self-awareness. I follow your grooves while providing empathy, genuineness, and unconditional positive regard to promote acceptance and a trust in your inner wisdom.
If you’re seeking a thoughtful, creative, and affirming therapeutic space, this work centers on exploring (and honoring) the intricate depths, folds, and edges of who you are—making room for curiosity, reflection, and the many dimensions of your experience.
