Beginning therapy is a vulnerable step. I strive to create a space where you don't have to perform or minimize, but can show up exactly as you are. I view connection and trust as the foundation of effective therapy and intentionally prioritize building both from the start. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep belief that you already carry the capacity for change. Using a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens, I help clients better understand their emotional patterns, develop practical coping tools, and reconnect with their values.
Our work together is intentional and structured, while moving at your pace with support. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), blending structured skill building with validation and purpose. I earned my Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and completed my clinical training in a substance use treatment program within a correctional setting. That experience strengthened my commitment to providing empathetic and non-judgmental care.
I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and significant life changes. My goal is not only symptom relief, but helping you build a life that feels steady and meaningful.
