The human experience is both extraordinary and, at times, messy. Even during stable seasons of life, it’s common to feel stuck, disconnected, or out of alignment with one’s sense of self or direction. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from support—sometimes the goal is simply to feel clearer, lighter, and more like yourself again.
In my practice, a client can expect a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where they can explore what’s working, what’s not, and where you’d like to grow. Working with every client in a consistent way is the goal, whether that’s shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building healthier habits, improving relationships, or gaining a stronger sense of direction. My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you move forward with intention.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals across diverse cultures, identities, and life stages. I hold a degree in Psychology from Loyola University and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Lewis University. I tailor therapy to your specific goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
Incorporating mindfulness, gratitude practices, and occasional humor is standard—because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy to be meaningful. At the core of my work is a belief in your capacity for change. Therapy can be a space not just for healing, but for refining, realigning, and actively creating the life you want to live.
