• We accept some UnitedHealthcare HMO plans for our outpatient services. Please contact your plan to confirm Clarity Clinic's participation.
• Coverage may differ depending on your plan’s network tier and mental health benefits.

What to Expect:

• Most PPO plans cover therapy, psychiatry, and other outpatient services.
• You may be responsible for copays, deductibles, or coinsurance, depending on your specific plan.
• We strongly encourage all patients to call their insurance provider before their first appointment to confirm eligibility and coverage for “Behavioral/Mental Health” services.
• Patients are responsible for all applicable deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, and any non-covered services as determined by their insurance plan.
